This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use and disclose it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to the Site and to the enquiries, quote requests, and job applications you submit through it.

By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Site.

• Service Provider — a company we engage to perform a service on our behalf, such as hosting the Site or delivering our email.

When you contact us, request a quote, or apply for a position through the Site, we collect the information you choose to submit. Job applications are retained for the duration of the hiring process and for a reasonable period afterwards. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except where it is used to strengthen the security or improve the functionality of the Site.

6. Disclosure of Information

We do not sell your Personal Information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising or targeted advertising.We do not use advertising or remarketing pixels on this Site. We disclose your information only as follows:

• To Service Providers, who process it solely to provide their service to us (see section 7).
• To our affiliated companies within the Moeris USA group, where necessary to respond to you or to perform the services you requested.

We engage third parties to host the Site, to deliver email, to store form submissions, and to provide analytics. These Service Providers have access to your Personal Information only to perform those tasks on our behalf, and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

8. Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as the pages you view and how you arrived at the Site, and shares that information with Google. We use it to measure and improve the Site, not to advertise to you.

9. Security of Information

We take commercially reasonable measures to protect your Personal Information, including serving the Site over an encrypted connection. 11. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers transmit a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no industry standard for how to respond to it, and the Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. Where required by law, we honour recognised opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).

12. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and for adults seeking our services or employment. It is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us and we will delete it.

13. Links to Other Sites

The Site contains links to websites that we do not operate — for example those of industry associations, partners, and suppliers.
